Privacy Policy

Arrow Rush: Tap Away Puzzle · Nexcraft Games · Effective July 31, 2026

This policy explains what information is handled when you play Arrow Rush: Tap Away Puzzle ("the Game"), published by Nexcraft Games. The short version: the Game has no account system, works fully offline, and we do not collect your name, email, contacts, photos, files, or precise location. The only data that leaves your device is what Google needs to show ads, report crashes, and measure basic usage, all described below.

1. Information we do not collect

The Game does not ask you to create an account or sign in. We do not collect or store your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, microphone or camera data, or precise GPS location. Your level progress, stars, coins, themes, backgrounds, Impossible 100 progress, settings, and daily-challenge streak are saved locally on your device only, and are deleted if you uninstall the Game.

2. Information collected for advertising

The Game shows ads through the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob), which may also mediate ads from other advertising networks. To select, display, limit, and measure ads, Google and any mediated partners may automatically collect:

This data is collected and processed by Google under the Google Privacy Policy. We do not receive or store it ourselves; we only see aggregated, anonymous reporting such as total ad views.

3. Consent for personalised advertising

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the Game uses Google's User Messaging Platform to ask for your consent before any personalised ad is requested. Your choice is stored on your device and is respected on every later launch. You can change it at any time from the consent link Google provides inside that dialog, or by clearing the Game's data.

4. Measurement and stability

The Game uses three Google Firebase services, all of which report anonymous, aggregated information and none of which identify you personally:

Firebase is operated by Google and processes this data under the Firebase Privacy and Security policy.

5. Purchases

The Game offers optional purchases: individual premium arrow styles, a three-month pass, and a permanent option to remove interstitial advertising. Payments are processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment card details or billing information. Google tells the Game only whether a purchase is owned, so it can unlock what you paid for. Purchase records are handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy, and refunds are handled through Google Play.

6. Notifications

The Game can show one local daily reminder for your unsolved Impossible 100 day. This notification is scheduled entirely on your device, sends no data anywhere, and can be disabled in your system notification settings at any time.

7. Your choices and controls

8. Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13, and our store listing targets ages 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, contact us and we will help address it.

9. Your rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and similar laws)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability, as well as the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because advertising and analytics data is processed by Google, requests about that data are best directed to Google through the policies linked above. We will assist with any request sent to us. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising beyond the in-app advertising described in section 2.

10. Data security and retention

We keep no server-side database of player data. Locally stored game progress remains on your device under your control. Data transmitted to Google for advertising, analytics and crash reporting is encrypted in transit and retained by Google according to its published retention practices.
